MAGE Co. opened a small fantasy box in 2003, in a small, ordinary neighborhood of Athens, Greece. It was established by Michael Andresakis and Alex Argyropoulos, two kids then with many utopian visions and yet more restless minds.

The core of our company has to do with the creation, production and promotion of board games mostly (family games, adventure ones, strategic), books, comics and novels. Our main goal is to flood the already degenerate official game market with a new generation of games which has nothing to fear against the already established brand titans.

Board games were always a way of entertainment for young and old people. In the last years board games in majority have been substituted with console and electronic games. From one point of view this type of games seem to entertain players of all ages for one main reason: they have the ability to give life to their characters but most of all, every player can do (in many cases) anything he wants.


Maybe you all wonder what's the purpose of buying a new board game instead of downloading it for free as software or to play an online one. The answer to this question is left for us to tell: the board games bring you closer to your loved ones and your friends. Eatch one of those games needs two or more persons to be played. The extraordinary thing is not the fact that you are called to interact with other people but the fact that you compete with an another human beeing and not a tv screen with artificial intelligence and microchips!

Even now, many of you will believe that we are wrong... To all of you who don't believe in future of board games we have to state this: "How will you react if could tell you that we can take the living part of any console game and fuse it in a board game, making it alive by itself?"

Soon, we will reveal the first project of ours, a new Trading Card Game called Eragra and will be the last step of evolution at least for the rest of TCGs. As a company we are not totally against the console or online games but a part of our vision is, people to continue play and love board games.

The facts have been told

And all those which happened are here hidden

Many are the generations which elapsed

And time, too much passed away

Like sand through the centuries was rused.

And if they learned..

The end had come.

Too late for knowledge fallen kings.

They begged for mercey

But nothing was given from the Eragra game.

The truth. they said, is only for the fiew

Cause the load on the shoulders is hard to be bared

To anyone who will regist

To the Eragra game.

What if the darkness shaded us

And the night with fires our land covered.

What if the skies opened

And the greed the humankind dimed

A small hope was lighted

Something, someone, an end to give

A tragic end to give to the Eragra game,

Bringing three lifes, bringing three souls, bringing three paths

Bringing the Shadows of the Past.

A great war began in the Ancient Times from a creature unique in its own existence & power, creature so dark as the dark night is & shadows everything _ from him, the Great Dark Archon. In his furious battles magic & fire was scattered & none could defeat his heartless armies which few hindrances were had to face. And with madness & anger was conquering the worlds, but the unfaithful Archon hadn't any confidants at his commands & the kingdoms without lords couldn't stay for a long. Even for him was great responsibility the domination of the worlds. For this he summoned with spells here on vain earth Ancient Goblins to help him & from his own flesh to bring his children in the rest free world which had left. Unknown his name was in the world but all the beings was fearing him, vicious creature with the face of death, look which pierces everyone & everything _ look which pierces the human flesh. None tongue, none race wants to speak Dark Archon's name who really hadn't one _ instead of it a secret symbol creature has & any who looks it his destiny defines, without present, without past, in dark & cursed lands is been commanded to pass along. And the kingdoms became part of his strength. In each one a ruler born from his own flesh, child was for him but in fact a part of his power was.

And as we knew the world since then, for us had finished now _ but before the darkness falls a power born & six mortals came up from the world's horizons & in a moment became one to give the Great Battle. The Great Battle had just begun with human warriors & demons, with ancient secret weapons, traps & spells. Days & nights they were feeling the rage war & in the dawn of days, twenty seven Orients & nights were counting, fighting so the peace lights again. When the time came, the six mortals united under one fist & were giving an unequal battle for the future of all humankind. Hours were facing him, till the ultimate creature kneeled in front of their powers _ but the death didn't even touch the Dark Archon, just passed beside him & just like that disappeared. And our heroes were looking for the one solution to defeat him and an idea came up and this one they did. They captured with the bond his soul & the body, created a prison with strong magic. And the bisection was true, the miracle which they were hoping now was a fact. For the body made a tomb down in depths of the earth and captured his soul in the Timage Circle & kept separated the one half from the other. Body & Soul's bisection a great vortex created & the Dark Power free was now. And in a moment just like that, the Mortals became Immortals cause of the Dark Power's energy. Common humans who accepted this cursed gift & cause of it to have the chance to deduce power in the passing of time. They didn't want to deny the Dark Power's gift so took the responsibility to be the Guardians of it and to keep it hidden from the Dark Archon's children and the Dolosers. No one wanted the Dark Power to find its master's body & soul and this reunion to live it in his days. As the time was passing away the Dark Archon's children became conquerors, great rulers who all together were invading & destroying. They were buckling to find the Dark Power & to accomplish their father's resurrection & every day their desire was becoming stronger. And the six immortals had raised this weight in their shoulders to protect with loyalty the Dark Power and never to lose it from the evil demons. As the news spread across the kingdoms about dark conquerors, fear & shiver felt our six heroes, never to find a dark destiny in their way. That's for they found the secret to hide Dark Power & the protection to be given from a mortal's hand.

Chosen among the humans, the wisest man of all was the king Tholdin whom the immortals chose him to raise this weight on his shoulders at his turn. Lord of a majestic kingdom, having Golden city as its centre, Tholdin was known then for his fighting skills. Zaraians, the best archers of the known world then and Chydris, the Golden city's creators were the kingdom's guardians. With faith and loyalty the Dark Power's keeper began his journey but the six knew that the time had come _ the Dark Lords to find the Power, that is why they asked from Tholdin to take an oath and cast him just for one thing. Never ask from Dark Power anything cause with deceiving ways, a trap, it would have for him. The king took the oath and promised never to break it, no matter what would happen to his kingdom. As long as the six were talking to Tholdin a lot of time was passing away & the rest kingdoms were falling.., one after the other. West, North & South kingdoms of men were totally destroyed with few survivors to be left at the end. The houses of the kings had been exterminated, the fortunes had looted & the only thing left behind were the ashes from the fires & the ruins from an old world which nothing could remind it as it was now and no one could do anything at all. The common humans were fighting with spears & swords without succeeding anything, the best warriors were cantering on the horses against the profane creatures which were annihilating them, defining the future of all.

The known world back then was consisted of many kingdoms. Each one was separated from the other by huge, inaccessible borders. So, there were North, South, West & the East kingdoms which were the few. The human race was dominating upon them but also was coexisting with other ones, known to few & unknown to those who didn't want to really know. Dark Lords with their monstrous armies had pounded to annihilate all the kingdoms except the East ones. Fighting on & on for days & nights & under huge pressure, the last defense lines fell & the human forces retreated. Behind the East borders humans had nine majestic kingdoms at their command but after the destructive attacks just five had been left intact.

Faldar's kingdom was the first one. Goddess Faldar is a capable ruler of her people & in the past she had faced wild invasions but not sorcerers & monsters. In the centre of her kingdom she has built the Hundred Towers, symbol of power & fertility of her people for whom she cares so much. All the Towers are tied up forming a giant fortress, unbreakable, invulnerable. No human eye has ever seen again such unique edifice like this one. Its dignity & the stone monsters which are trussing the Towers, are provoking awe even to the most terrifying enemies. At the kingdom's coastline, on the Maxonio island from Grithilon Forest rise the Grithilon Mountains, which are determining one of the border lines with the other kingdoms. On them, the most faithful Faldar's confidant, the Goddess & Border Guardian Grensen has created Ous, the Giant Stone Guardians who with their shields & swords are protecting kingdom's borders. Their size is getting over the highest mountain trees. Anyone could see such a supernatural sight from far away. But Ous are smart creatures & have special gifts. They were living for many years in the Polyvial caves which are located in the mountains. Anyone who enters these caves cannot feel their presence because of their way to become one with the stones.

A dazzling city is spreading across the old paths of the main country, the city of Gatelight which has been built from the Ancient Priest Pefkis. The city is protected thanks to the strong light it illuminates & its guardians as its inhabitants are not visible, so no one knows what is living in there, what exists. The Gatelight's city is estranging any magic, any dark touch & nothing so far nothing could soak through it and that is the truth.

On the Anasthron & Ludder mountains live the most worthy & brave kingdom's guardians. There live the proud Laltchkatt, the Faldar's flying lions, creatures which have been created by Weraz. Weraz was a flying demon, lord of Lava's kingdom, one of the West kingdoms which was destroyed by the Dark Lords. He had been dethroned by Dark Lord Ramgor, lord of Thunders & as revenge, he created the Laltchkatt Lions. Laltchkatt are warriors who are fighting for the law prevalence, defenders who can sacrifice their life for the war against the dark forces. They have the body & the head of alion & thewings of a dragon. Their muscular strength & speed is incomparable & lion mane is covering the most of their body. Everyone respects & fears Laltchkatt Lions. Invulnerable from any enemy blows, they are inferior in just one way, their eyes. That is why are attacking only enemies who are covered by Aura. Even if their sight is extremely weak, they have managed to detect through dim eyes their enemies movements. Goddess Faldar was protecting Laltchkatt thanks to her magic symbols which had dawned on their heads. The enemy though, knew, and in the right time would send the witch Enazil's dark powers to blind them totally. If someone could manage to hurt a Laltchkatt's pride, then it was falling from the mountains of Torai & died, but some of them were hungry for power and had allied with the enemy abandoning Faldar.

On the way to the Vast Sea there is the Blosethron Forest, a huge area covers Faldar's kingdom elected proudly the Mountains of Fire. Their creator is the Warlord & Forgemaster of the kingdom Arenar. Inside these mountains is living the Syristra race, creatures born from the fire & faithful to Goddess. Arenar had passed his knowledge to them so to create weapons & for a long time the kingdom's arms was keeping the army undefeatable. A bit outside Falda's kingdom there is the island Maxonio which belongs to her power. The island of the mage Mandalos, the first inhabitant of it, is located southeast of Faldar's land & emerged from the sea a century before the already existed kingdom. On it are living the Melthites, the Black sea's gems thieves & Tondras, the Mandalos sorcery's heirs. At the beginning of life the island was normal & in it were living creatures but as the time was passing away, every three full-moons the island was gradually dying, the creature were starving & the forests were fading. The reason of those phenomena was that in the island's centre was a very small temple called, Delsifal. This one was the island's heart _ that's why Maxonio was also known as The Living Land. Inside Delsifal should be placed every three full-moons a thousand gems to keep it alive. That task had been entrusted to the Melthites who had exiled from their home, Melthiton, one of the South kingdoms, by the Dark Lords. Goddess Faldar had allowed them live on the island under this term. The gems were locating in the Sea of Dreams or the Black sea, a creation of the Dark Goddess Polva. For many years this task was easy for Melthites but when the Dark Lords transformed the Sea of Dreams into the Black sea, then every time should think a new plan to get them without be visible. Sometimes in their plans were helping Tondras using the sorcery who mage Mandalos had taught them.

What is Eragra?©

Eragra is a new trading card game in combination with books, comics, tv serial animation, live tournaments, board games, console games, figures etc. We could say that it is a step forward from anything you know till now. But first of all "What does it mean?" Eragra means the Game of the Centuries, the ultimate challenge. It is a live game in which if you loose... then you simply die. Many of you are duelists in several games... be sure you haven't dealt with something like this ever!

The game as we said is followed by its own history. Nine books in total will become a part of you for every new edition. The first book edition is called Eragra: The First Step. It is a completely new mythology, new storyline, new creatures but the most spectacular of all is that many worlds, time ages, heroes are mixed to give you an extraordinary adventure.


Every piece of this project is connected with the previous one. 3 heroes are the main subject of it. With you to lead them along the way and based on all the pieces we'll give you, you have a simple mission. To destroy Eragra and save the world. Through them you'll discover too many things... The playing part, the readings, the riddles, the duels, the quests... And of course the prizes you will earn.

For now the only thing we can do for you is to give you a taste from the first book...but don't hurry to judge it from the cover... Its real meaning is hidden behind the words you'll read... Between the lines sort of speak. Till our first publishing the Eragra family welcomes you...©
